What is a CPO?
A CPO, or Certified Pool/Spa Operator, is someone who has successfully completed the course work sanctioned by the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF). The NSPF is a national non-profit organization dedicated to aquatic health and safety, and is the leading educator for professionals who service and operate public and private pools and spas.
About the CPO class:
The CPO class is a two day course designed to give the student a Practical understanding of the basics behind pool and spa management. Safety, water testing, and equipment are a few of the topics covered thruout the course. The open note, open book multiple choice test at the end of the course is designed to make sure the graduate can understand and access important information when neccessary.
